Our Goal

To explore how nonprofits can integrate evaluative thinking into their practices for improved learning and decision-making. For this to happen, there is a need to de-mystify evaluation-related concepts and adapt them to fit the day-to-day learning associated with delivering services and programs. The Eval Lab will help to achieve this goal.

What is the Eval Lab?

A co-learning space designed for team managers to explore, test, and adapt evaluation-based concepts in ‘real-life’ settings.

Participants

10 team managers and leaders working in mid-size nonprofits who are curious, open-minded, critical, reflective, and willing to embrace uncertainty.

Timelines

Lab participants will meet for 6 full-day sessions over 7 months.
