As an entirely new and unique initiative, and without an existing model upon which to base the Eval Lab, we (the facilitators) conducted our own internal evaluation process throughout the delivery of the Lab to adapt and improve the curriculum and processes as we went. Information gathered was also used to modify the content for Eval Lab 2.0.
